All payments made to Payment24 are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
Policy Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, transactions, and financial dealings with Payment24 Financial Services ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operating www.payment24.in ("Platform"). By making any payment on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to this Policy.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO PAYMENT24 ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-ADJUSTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. This policy applies without exception to all users including Business Subscribers, Admins, B2B Partners, B2C Users, and any other category of users.

Why We Have a Strict No Refund Policy
Free Plan Available
We provide a lifetime free plan with limited features that allows you to fully evaluate our platform before making any payment. You have ample opportunity to test our services before committing financially.
Instant Service Delivery
Many services are delivered instantly — CIBIL reports, verifications, and platform access are granted immediately upon payment. Once delivered, these services cannot be "returned" or "unused."
Third-Party Costs Incurred
The moment you use any service, we incur costs with third-party partners including API providers, banks, credit bureaus, and verification services. These costs are non-recoverable.
- Loan rejection does NOT entitle you to any refund
- Pincode blacklisting does NOT entitle you to any refund
- Unfavorable loan terms does NOT entitle you to any refund
- Disbursement delay does NOT entitle you to any refund

- ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE after payment
- No pro-rata refunds for unused period
- No refunds for early cancellation or downgrade
- You may cancel subscription anytime via account settings
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- NO refund for remaining days / months
- NO pro-rata refund under any circumstances
- Account downgrades to Free Plan after expiry
Service-Specific Policies
Loan & Financial Lead Chapters NON-REFUNDABLE
These chapters provide CRM access for loan lead management. We are mediators only. All loan decisions are made by banks/NBFCs. Bank rejection or pincode blacklisting does NOT entitle you to any refund.
Micro Loans / DSA Integration NON-REFUNDABLE
API-based DSA integration fees and setup charges are non-refundable regardless of loan outcomes. Third-party lender decisions are beyond our control.
Associate Services (CA, CS, Tax, Legal) NON-REFUNDABLE
Upfront fees for associate services are non-refundable once paid. Service delivery is coordinated with third-party professionals whose work cannot be "returned."
MSME Digital NON-REFUNDABLE
Government scheme application fees and service charges are non-refundable. Government approvals are beyond our control.
CIBIL Reports & Verification Services NON-REFUNDABLE
Reports are generated instantly via third-party APIs. Once generated, the service is consumed and cannot be refunded. Failed generation due to incorrect information provided by you is also non-refundable.
PAN Services & Document Services NON-REFUNDABLE
Document processing and verification fees are non-refundable once the request is submitted.
UPI Mandate & Installment Payment Policy
When you opt for installment-based payments or recurring billing, you may be required to set up a UPI Mandate (UPI Autopay), eNACH, or Card Standing Instruction for automatic debits.
- The initial/upfront payment (e.g., 20%, 30%, 40% or as agreed) is ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE
- This applies even if you cancel the mandate, fail subsequent payments, or terminate your account
- All amounts already debited before cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Partial use of services does NOT entitle you to any pro-rata refund

- Access continues ONLY until end of current paid period

- To restore access, full outstanding amount must be cleared
- Cancelling mandate = non-payment. No distinction is made.
- Initial/upfront payments made before mandate setup
- Payments already debited before mandate cancellation
- Payments made before payment failures occurred
- Any partial period of service used
- Change of mind after setting up mandate
- Accidental mandate cancellation from your bank app
- Bank-side issues causing mandate failure
- Insufficient balance in your linked account
Wallet Policy
Core Wallet
- Primary wallet for platform transactions
- Funded via UPI, cards, or bank transfer
- Top-ups are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Withdrawals subject to approval & verification
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests
Pipeline Wallet
- Holds pending commissions & earnings
- Released to Core Wallet after verification & approval
- NOT directly withdrawable
- NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
- May be forfeited in case of policy violations
All Core Wallet withdrawals are subject to: TDS (5–10% as per Income Tax Act) · Processing Fee (up to 5%) · Bank Charges (as applicable) · GST on processing fee · Any other statutory deductions.
Third-Party Services & Bank Decisions
Payment24 is a technology platform. We have ZERO CONTROL over:
- Loan approvals or rejections
- Interest rates, EMI, or loan terms
- Processing fees charged by banks
- Pincode availability or blacklisting
- Document verification decisions
- Disbursement timelines
- Insurance premiums
- Any other third-party decision
You expressly acknowledge that rejection of a loan application, blacklisting of your pincode, unfavorable terms, delays, or any other unfavorable outcome from a bank/NBFC/third-party does NOT constitute grounds for any refund from Payment24. All fees paid to us are for CRM access and platform services, earned by us the moment you make payment.
Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraudulent Claims
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is a SERIOUS VIOLATION of these terms. If we determine a chargeback to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account without notice
- Forfeit all wallet balances (Core and Pipeline)
- Forfeit all pending commissions and earnings
- Recover disputed amount plus chargeback fees (₹500–₹2,000)
- Recover administrative and legal costs incurred
- Report incident to relevant authorities and credit bureaus
- Pursue legal action for recovery of amounts and damages
- Permanently blacklist you from our platform
Dispute Resolution Process — Follow These Steps First
Contact Support
Email our support team at support@payment24.in with complete details of your concern before filing any chargeback.
Provide Documentation
Include your Account ID, Transaction ID, and a clear written description of the issue.
Allow Investigation
Allow us 7 business days to investigate and respond to your concern.
Escalate if Needed
If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer. Only after this process should arbitration be considered.
We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action against users who file fraudulent chargebacks, make false claims, or attempt to defraud our platform under IPC Sections 415, 420 (Cheating and Fraud) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Refunds on Account Termination
Voluntary Account Closure
- NO refund of subscription fees
- NO refund of service pack activation fees
- Core Wallet may be withdrawn (subject to approval & deductions)
- Pipeline Wallet balance is forfeited
Termination by Us (For Violations)
- NO refund of any kind
- ALL wallet balances forfeited (Core & Pipeline)
- ALL pending earnings forfeited
- NO withdrawal permitted
- Additional damages may be recovered
In the event of account termination for violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this Refund Policy, or for fraudulent activity, ALL funds in your account including Core Wallet, Pipeline Wallet, pending commissions, and any other balances shall be IMMEDIATELY FORFEITED without any right to claim or recover such amounts.

Include a clear description of your issue, relevant screenshots, and all transaction references.
Await Response
Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.
Escalate if Needed
If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer for further review.
Contacting support does NOT entitle you to a refund. Our support team will assist with technical issues, service delivery concerns, and account queries — but refund requests will be declined as per this policy. Please do not contact support expecting a refund exception.
Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
Payment24 shall not be liable for any failure resulting from Acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, third-party API failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Such events do NOT entitle you to any refund.
Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Arbitration Clause
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By Making Any Payment, You Acknowledge:
